One credit = one completed task for your PA — a research question, an email it writes for you, a booking it chases, a call summary. Quick or deep, it's 1 credit when the task finishes. Voice calls use your included minutes first (30/mo on Starter, 120/mo on Pro, 500/mo on Power); past them, calling burns 2 credits per minute. Credits never expire when bought as packs.
